Abstract
An analysis of the impact of the Common Market on Eastern Europe, current trends in relations between the two groups of countries and related United States policy interests. In addition to prior interviews with authorities in the United States, the collection of background and materials for this report involved travel by the author in April-May 1965 to Prague, Bucharest, Budapest, Brussels, Geneva and Paris.
