Abstract
La Agenda de Lisboa pertenece al pasado, el mañana se llama UE-2020. Esta nueva estrategia económica debe aspirar, sobre todo, a un crecimiento sostenible. Es algo que se puede lograr. Pero el elemento decisivo es que se configure totalmente nueva la gobernanza. La Estrategia 2020 necesita de auténticos indicadores de referencia, un Consejo Europeo de Expertos y mayores recursos para investigación en el presupuesto de la Unión Europea.
