Abstract
Die Zeit drängt auf eine Verständigung Irans mit seinen Nachbarn und dem Westen. Alle müssen Zugeständnisse machen. Iran erhält die Anerkennung seines Regierungssystems und seiner Rolle als Regionalmacht. Im Gegenzug gibt es eine umfassende und strenge Kontrolle des iranischen Nuklearprogramms.
