Abstract

The author deals with the reform of the law regulating dismissals introduced by the so called Jobs Act, less than three years after the previous reform on the same issue by law n. 92/2012. As the previous law the new regulation is a result of a clear political compromise, which entails significant technical problems. The author analyzes these problems discussing the new rules within the more general context of the Jobs Act.
