Abstract

The essay, moving from a critique of the traditional structure of the labor market as well as the government of the active employment policies in Italy, traces the main and most innovative contents of the reform called “Jobs Act”. The new institutional and legal instruments are analyzed by an operational perspective, by focusing on the first application difficulties and some basic inconsistencies in a more rigorous perspective of Flexicurity.
