    Abstract

    In this article Jo Coelmont advocates the Belgian Defence staff is not playing any bluff poker as suggested in an article published earlier by the De Standard, on the contrary is proposing to political leadership some drastic, however indispensable, measures to safeguard the basic conditions for success for any future “Strategic Plan for the Belgian Armed Forces” considered at this very moment.
