    Abstract

    The paper deals with the subject of the entitlement of the right to strike. Starting from an historical overview of the different thesis on the theme of the (individual or collective) entitlement of the right to strike, the paper tries to assess the compatibility of the traditional “individualistic notion” of the right to strike with the aims pursued by collective disputes in a changing context of industrial relations.
