    Abstract

    European Commission Vice President Sir Leon Brittan today made the following statement: "This Conference has been a huge international success, giving a vital boost to the strength and profile of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The Singapore Government and the WTO Secretariat deserve credit for making such a success possible.
