Abstract
The essay analyzes the change of self-employment and subordinate work in the light of the innovations of Act 81/2017. In particular, the author highlights the problems of qualification of work relationships related to digital platforms, the new discipline of "agile" work and the new discipline of co-ordinated and continuous collaborations.
