Abstract

The essay analyzes the regulation of permits and leaves for the assistance to persons with disabilities, in the light of l. n. 76 of 2016 concerning civil unions and more uxorio partnerships. After a reconstruction of the insitutions the A., trough an ongoing dialogue between civil and social security cathegories, highlights the areas still in lack of protection, proposing possible solutions.
