Abstract
The rapidly changing economic environment in which the energy sector operates calls for new concepts and policies to deal with security of supply. This Working Party Report brings together decision-makers from the EU institutions and stakeholders – including business, industry and NGOs – to consider how both the problems of and the solutions to security of supply differ today from the past, and how to meet the challenges of security of supply in a liberal market.
