Abstract
The British government's detailed White Paper on its future relationship with the EU deserves a thorough analysis, which is forthcoming. Meanwhile, Michael Emerson gives his first impressions. Canada, Norway, or Ukraine. These three countries’ arrangements with the EU have been the most discussed as conceivable models for Brexit.
