    Abstract

[From the Introduction]. This paper examines the proposal to incorporate parts of the Prüm Treaty into EU law, as opposed to the original Prüm Treaty. Particular attention is paid to the issues that we highlighted as problematic in our original assessment and comment on how they have been dealt with.
