Abstract
This article outlines the state of affairs in eGovernment in Europe in the light of both an EIPA study1 and the 2003 eGovernment Conference in Como 7-8 July2, jointly organised by the Italian Presidency and the European Commission, at which the study was presented. The 2003 eEurope Awards for eGovernment, managed by EIPA, were presented at the Conference.
