How does the Commission plan to implement on behalf of the Union the undertakings given in the Marrakesh Final Act (reduction in customs duties, agricultural and textile products) and monitor their implementation by the other parties to GATT?; 2. Has enough progress been made in those areas in which negotiations are still under way after the conclusion of the Uruguay Round (financial services, telecommunications, civil aircraft, steel) to justify the retention of the deadlines set (mid-1995 or 1996)?; 3.
