Abstract
Lissabon-Agenda war gestern, EU-2020 ist morgen. Die neue Wirtschaftsstrategie muss vor allem auf nachhaltiges Wachstum zielen. Das kann gelingen. Entscheidend ist jedoch, dass die Governance neu gestaltet wird. Die 2020-Strategie benötigt ein echtes Benchmarking, einen Europäischen Sachverständigenrat und mehr Forschungsmittel im Budget der Europäischen Union.
