    Abstract

    The rules in the field of customer's or employer's joint liability with the contractor or subcontractor shows, on the procedural level, anomalous traits both as regards the discussion's completeness, and as regards the benefit of enforcement and the way to asserting it. Other profiles in relief are the problem of the time duration of liability and some jurisdiction's and procedure's aspects.
