Abstract

The essay analyzes, with the glasses of the labor jurist, the promotional aspects of the law n. 199 of 2016 to combat the exploitation of labor in agriculture, in order to highlight its limits and potential, more than a year after its entry into force. The objective is also to suggest possible instruments of protection, economic and social policies able to intervene more effectively above all on the structural causes of exploitation and vulnerability of agricultural workers.
