    Abstract

    The essay analyzes the change of voucher-based work in Italy in the light of the innovation introduced by Act 49/2017. In particular, the Author highlights the differences between the past model of “lavoro accessorio” and the new model of “lavoro occasionale” and maintains the latter is not a new form of employment but only a preferential paid employment scheme.
